I used to have a little terrier mix. We got him and just had a lawn that looked like it was constantly tiled over but it was just dozens of moles. Well he aged up and he was just an absolute beast at eradicating those moles. I didn't mind the moles, just seemed natural to me but if you do have issue, nevermind the traps if you adopt a terrier mix you will not have an issue 😅

We also have a bunch of dandelions, but we keep them because they are kinda like herbs. The heads are good for sirup, the leaves can go to salads and on food as a garnish, and the roots are good for making tea. 😍

Would you recommend applying a fungicide before hand more so when overseeding?

I regret going with blue grass, sure it's the nicest of all lawns when all is good with watering and fertilizing, though otherwise it just does not hold up the best in lean soils and drought! Also, man, the stuff is aggressive and if your planting beds are not well edged or you maintain a sprayed strip along them, the blue grass will quickly be fast and furious in there! I might spray my blue grass out and go with tall fescue.

Helps to minimize watering and conserve water 💦. Using cycle and soak method sprinklers set for 4am then 5am on watering schedule days.
